Fulfillment Officer
Responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment process for the company’s mutual fund and unit investment trust fund transactions, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and settled on time. This role involves coordinating with various departments, fund providers, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in financial services operations.
- Manage the entire order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery
- Coordinate with customers, banks, fund partners, and internal departments to ensure timely settlement of mutual fund orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client positions.
- Monitor and track advisories and trade confirmation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders and settlements.
- Provide first-line response to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Implement and maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures.
- Analyze and report on fulfillment performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and fund partners.
- Conduct training and onboarding sessions or salespeople to ensure proper understanding of fulfillment processes and compliance requirements.
- Train and supervise fulfillment staff as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of transactions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on fulfillment activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of fulfillment strategies.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of fulfillment facilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Functional:

Education:
